Crafting Change: My Journey in International Development

Hi there, and welcome.

I’ve spent my career in social and behavior change (SBC) within international public health, with a particular focus on nutrition. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work on programs ranging from community-level efforts to improve infant and young child feeding, to national-scale campaigns that shift how families think about health and nutrition. I’ve worked with ministries of health, local partners, and global donors, always trying to find that balance between evidence, culture, and what makes sense for people’s everyday lives.

What I’ll share here are my personal reflections on this work: moments of insight from the field, lessons learned from designing and implementing programs, and thoughts on where international development is heading. My goal isn’t to present polished reports or case studies, but to give you a window into how I think about our shared challenges as practitioners.

If you work in public health, SBC, or international development, I hope you’ll find something here that resonates—or at least gives you a new perspective to carry into your own projects.

Thanks for stopping by, and I look forward to sharing more with you soon.
